Advance Payment

Payment will charge after the Free Trials in advance, on a monthly basis before the end of the month.

Pay by Days/Weeks

Academy will charge according to the days/week you choose for a month.

Pay on Eid Holidays

Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees of the students and there is no refund for that.

Remaining Hours

If you have any remaining hours it will be saved for next month.

Hold Classes

If Student doesn’t pay till 10th day after the end of the month then student must have to pay Fine ($5.00 extra) along with his/her monthly dues ( Fine charges may vary as per the number of days increases ) and furthermore we’ve a right to Hold the Students Classes.

Left Academy

If you would like to stop classes and you have remaining hours, we will refund it In Shaa Allah at the beginning of next month.

Payment Methods

All Credit / Debit Cards, Western Union or Bank Transfer

On-Time

Student should be online at the time of class.

Postpone Class

If you cannot attend on time or want to postpone class, give us at least 4 hours an advanced notice that you can’t do it and you can arrange timing with your teacher to make up it.

Cancel Class

If you cancel class with short notice, it will be counted.

Login Late

If you login late, the teacher will give you the remaining time only.

Not Attend Class

If you do not attend, teacher will wait for you for 15 min, then session will be counted except for sudden emergency as in death or sudden illness, May Allah protect us all.

Make-Up Class

‘No make-up’ if you are ‘Absent’; we pay for teacher attendance if you miss the class without further notification.

One Friend

If you refer a friend, will get 20% discount for 1 Month, if Student starts with us.

Five Friends

If you refer 5 friends, you will get 20% discount for 5 Months, if they learn with us.
